Oven Baked Polenta | Susan Solomon

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon salt 1
  • tablespoon butter

Preparation

Combine 1 cup corn meal, 4 cups water, 1 teaspoon salt in a 2 quart baking dish. Place in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour Stir in 1 tablespoon butter and cook for another 10 -20 minutes depending on whether it tastes cooked.
