Lamb chops, fresh mint, malt vinegar, sugar


Make the mint sauce by combining finely chopped mint, malt vinegar and a tsp of sugar. Broil the lamb chops on the outside grill or in the oven and serve with mint sauce. Easy-peasy

What makes it special?

We ate this at least once a week when I was growing up in New Zealand. In fact, the first time I was served beef (when we were at a resort), I couldn’t stand it and had to send it back.
