Creamy Banana Pudding | Julie Moy

Ingredients

  • 1  (14 oz) can Sweetened condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
  • 1 ½  cups cold water
  • 1  (4-serving size) package instant vanilla flavored pudding mix
  • 2 cups (1 pint) whip cream (dairy)
  • 36 Vanilla Wafers
  • 3 Medium bananas, sliced and dipped in ReaLemon Lemon Juice from Concentrate

Preparation

In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and water.  Add pudding mix; beat well.

Fold in whip cream.

Spoon 1 cup pudding mixture into 2 1/2 –quarts glass serving bowl.

Top with 1/3 each of the wafer, bananas and pudding.

Repeat layering twice, ending with pudding.

Cover; chill.

Garnish as desired.

Refrigerate leftovers.

(Makes 8-10 servings)

Tips:

I usually used other flavored pudding mixes, i.e. banana crème, French vanilla or whatever other interesting flavors you can find.  Jello brand puts out a cheesecake flavor too.

I also add strawberries in because I love the banana strawberry mix and it makes it a little different from regular banana pudding.

I’ve had great success with this!  Trust me, there won’t be any leftovers to refrigerate.

Good luck!
