Apricot Chicken | Debbie Bronfield


  • 1 bottle russian dressing, 1/2 jar apricot jam, 1/2 cup water, 1 package onion soup mix,  dried apricots, chicken (breast, thighs & drum sticks all with bones, take skin off 1/2 chicken)


mix and boil russian dressing, jam, water and package onion soup mix. pour over chicken. add dried apricots. bake at 350, 30-40 min covered, 30-40 min uncovered. serve with rice

What makes it special?

it is a warm comfort food and i like to drop it off when friends have babies, or a loss. Easy to drop off and can serve in one container.
