Ingredients
- 1 can corn w/liquid
- 2 cans creamed corn
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2/3 cup of sugar
- 1 stick of butter, melted
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 box of jiffy corn muffin mix
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together. Grease 10/15 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until edges are browning and top seems set.
