Ingredients

  • 2 Cans vegetarian beans
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 Red Pepper
  • 1 1/2 Green Pepper
  • 1/2 Yellow Pepper
  • 1 1/2 onions
  • Roasted garlic
  • 4 tblsps Butter
  • Syrup or molasses
  • 2 tsps ketchup 
  • 1/2 tbs mustard
  • crushed red pepper, salt, black pepper to taste
  • chunky salsa

Preparation

Mix and bake for 30 minutes at 350
