Busy Mom Sofrito (Puerto Rican) recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can of tomato sauce (plain)
  • 2/3 bunches of cilantro
  • 2/3 whole garlic cloves
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 orange pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • A splash of oil

Preparation

Add it all to a blender to create a magical flavor to meals. 

Can be added to beans, soups, rice and stews or to marinate meats, poultry, fish 🙂
