Hot Spicy Sesame Noodles | Sally Kornegay


  • Spaghetti 1lb
  • Scallions 2 bunches
  • Crushed red pepper 1 1/4 tsps
  • Soy Sauce 1/4 cup
  • Basil/dry 1 1/2 tsps
  • Vegetable Oil 1/3 cup
  • Hot Sesame oil 1/4 cup


Cook spaghetti al dente and cool with cold water, let rest.

Chop scallions and add to cooked spaghetti.

Mix your oils adding spices and whisk until well blended. 

Pour mixture onto spaghetti and scallions and toss until completely covered.

Let rest for two hours or overnight and serve.
