- spoon of lemon juice
Brush two fillo sheets with ghee and but on top of each other and fill it with crushed pistachios and roll it and placed it in a greased pan and repeat until finishing the fillo packet and cut it to small pieces while in the pan and place it in 300 F oven, while in the oven we prepare the syrup by placing a the water and the sugar and lemon juice on the the stove until boiling it takes 10 minutes, after the Baklava turn gold we take it out and pour the syrup on it. let it cool for a little bit, finally you can enjoy best sweet ever !
